introducing YFC and GK
i'm going back to God.
actually, i should have...3 years ago...it's time for payback! to repay Him for all the great deeds He's been giving me since day 1 of my high school life! i may never know but He's been with me even though sometimes i miss the mark. and joining YFC will almost do the thing. almost. i miss YFC prayer meetings and camps. i miss my kuyas and ates who's also been there for us since we were kids.
i still remember the days when my father and mother would bring me to the
GK (gawad kalinga) site where they rebuilt so many houses; situationing on mud and garbages. and now, it looked like it has never been so bad before. the
couples for christ team also built a school there. because most of the kids there do not go to school because of financial problems. and these good people has helped solve the problem that's been dreaded for ages.
there will be a youth build this year and i will join! one of the events i should not dare miss! even as a youth, we can help in rebuilding the nation and helping other people rise from their state. we can't just think of ourself. just for once, think of the other people; so unfortunate that they don't even have a single pair of shoes. for once, we must be selfless and make other people happy. their not as lucky as we are. we have everything; money, clothes, different kinds of shoes, education... and they have nothing. they rely on donations given to them and simple jobs like being a basurero. and to think that's not even enough to pay 3 meals in a day. and some people often go to shoemart to buy their meals. they buy unneccesary stuff of their money other people might have. think...
remember:
it's not too late to help them.*****
tara! mag-photoshop tayo! :D
